After the succes of the first month we had the feeling, that the journey to the top wont be so easy. So the second month was full of pain and losses. It was not anymore so easy to get results in the 6th division.
We have found that current squad without any supporting team and equipment is not strong enough. So we have decided to improve the circumstances around our team.
We have hired two staffs and trained them fully, so we got so 4,6% extra bonus.
We made emphasis on training and the mood of our cyclists. So we targeted high DP/RS/TS for our racing team. Moreover we have brought Baki Gy?z? and Sóthy into top form.
As result of the hard work we collected rewards at the end of the season. We reached a silver and a gold medal in the 6th div and finally a 7th place in the 5th div.
Beside building up the climing team we have sold Leona a veteran cobblers and some border line cyclists to gather funds to our investments. We would countinue this and will sell all non conpetitive cyclists.
We plan further investments, mostly a better quality bycilcle and mybe some more staff. Latter on we plan to hire a much better captain to be able competitive even in higher divs.
Finally i would like to mention that i was nominated as national coach for Hungary. It’s a sign of trust, i hope i can live with this and reach good results!
